AgroNexus – Specialized ERP System for Agro-Processors

1 The Challenge
Agro-processors struggle with fragmented paper logbooks, unmonitored raw material spoilage windows, unquantified batch processing yields, and inventory drift. Traditional generic ERPs lack built-in agricultural logic, leaving factory managers unable to track batch costs or trace finished goods back to specific weighbridge intakes.
2 Our Solution
Built AgroNexus, a crop-aware ERP platform specifically tailored for agro-processing factories. Designed around a single append-only ledger, AgroNexus ships out-of-the-box with pre-loaded recipes, expected yield benchmarks, and spoilage tracking for key crops (cassava, maize, soy, yam, rice, oil palm, animal feed). It features 9 integrated modules: Weighbridge Intake, Production & Batch Scaling, Quality Assurance gates, Multi-store Inventory, Sales & Offline-capable POS, Procurement Workflows, Equipment Maintenance, Multi-currency Finance, and Factory Role Management.
3 The Results
1: End-to-End Traceability: Complete batch tracking from weighbridge truck intake through QA testing to final retail/wholesale point-of-sale. 2: Automated Yield & Spoilage Auditing: Immediate flagging of batch yield variances against pre-configured benchmarks, with automated spoilage timers triggered upon raw material intake. 3: Offline-Resilient Operations: POS module queues transactions locally during power or network disruptions and syncs automatically when connection is restored.
