1 The Challenge

Niji Group needed a unified system to manage their multi-tenant hospitality operations without creating isolated data silos. Existing standalone hotel management solutions failed to integrate smoothly with the core enterprise operations, leading to fragmented reporting, manual reconciliation errors between front-desk reservations and central accounting, and inefficient stock tracking across hospitality units.

2 Our Solution

Architected and built a multi-tenant Hotel Management System (HMS) integrated directly into the core Niji Group ERP ecosystem. Designed the module to seamlessly link hospitality operations (room bookings, guest services, and point-of-sale transactions) with central sales, inventory management, and financial accounting modules.

3 The Results

1: Unified Operations: Eliminated manual data entry by real-time syncing of hotel sales and bookings into central accounting and inventory ledgers. 2: Multi-Tenant Capability: Allowed individual hospitality properties under Niji Group to operate independently while giving central management real-time visibility into overall performance. 3: Automated Stock Tracking: Automated inventory depletion for hospitality amenities and food/beverage operations tied directly to guest orders and sales.
